Designer: Burkhard Vogtherr

Since 1972 Burkhard Vogtherr has worked as a self-employed designer from his own design studio. Vogtherr is one of Germany's best known active furniture designers.

His talents are many and diverse: From beds and upholstered furniture to office furniture. He has designed furniture series for a wide number of manufacturers in Europe, Japan, and the USA.

For Fritz Hansen, Vogtherr has designed the widely applicable office and conference chair series Independence, Spin and Flow.
