In 2010 Russell Investments moved into four floors (4200m2) not far from their previous premises at MLC centre. Key objectives for the workspace were flexibility and ease of communication. Hence the design embraces an activity based work style with ‘innovation hubs’ which enables staff to move locations based on their tasks for any one day.
Situated leafy middle suburb, this new house is constructed on a large sloping site. The brief was extensive: front and rear garages, a dedicated cinema, four bedrooms, study, large living and dining spaces, games room and gymnasium. Another particular aspect of the brief was to provide both external and internal swimming pools.
